Automatically process large amounts of documents such as forms or invoices using DigiDocFlow’s Zone OCR. Using a document template, you can create a search option based on a value such as a customer- name or client number. Or, pre-select areas based on fixed coordinates and/or parts of a document where metadata can be found. After scanning, DigiDocFlow will automatically search for the pre-configured values and use them to fill the PDF properties, name the document, create folders and route the documents directly to the correct storage destination, which can vary from a Windows file structure to Microsoft SharePoint, or any other location for that matter.
