Scanning with DigiDocFlow is simple and in general makes life easier, especially when DigiDocFlow's revolutionary features are used!

Depending of your wishes, an authentication module can be configured. Although it is not mandatory to do so, logging onto the MFD via an authentication module will give users immediate access to their personalized scan menu. The authentication module also allows users to browse through and easily scan to their personal home directory. Authentication is possible via Active Directory connection, via the creation of a local user in DigiDocFlow or via an external authentication module like Equitrac.

To start the actual scanning process, place the paper document you want to scan on your Ricoh Family Group multifunctional device. Using a pre-configured hot button, select the workflow you want to use and enter the requested information on the MFD. Finally, press the start button to commence scanning.

Besides digitizing your paper documents with DigiDocFlow, it is also possible to capture existing digital files and convert them to another file format.
