After scanning and processing your document needs to be stored in the correct location. DigiDocFlow automatically stores your documents in the location of your choice, based on information that has been entered on the multifunctional device. The information entered by the user on the multifunctional can be used by DigiDocFlow to store the document in the correct repository, create a filename, (sub)folder or to fill the document properties.

When scanning a paper document from a multifunctional printer, there a several options:

Connectors
DigiDocFlow is able to scan and store documents in the correct location within your Windows file structure, home directory or as a fax or email attachment. When other applications are used, such as financial, document management, CRM, ERP, DMS or legal application, all information regarding business relations, invoices, projects and opportunities is listed in the database of that application. DigiDocFlow allows easy scanning and storing directly in your existing aplication.
We have already developed many standard connectors between DigiDocFlow and business applications, such as:
