Changes that are listed below are changes made between DigiDocFlow release 3.0.120.1158 and 3.0.121.1208.

NEW FEATURES:

  • Updated the Nuance CSDK engine to 16.3 in the Advanced image processing module.
  • Added support for Java 5.x devices.
  • Changed trial period from 60 days to 45 days.

RESOLVED ISSUES:

  • Resolved an issue of long response time when using the Advanced Image Processing module for this first time when building a trigger.
  • Resolved an issue where adding additional messages in the E-mail-in module, while an attachment was being processed resulted in an error.
  • Resolved an issue where Append After/Before, in the Xerox Docushare module, failed if the document name contained an accented character.
  • Resolved an issue when up and down keys of the hot button screen were grayed out in edit mode.
  • Resolved an issue with the barcode meta-data not being available in the store modules.
  • Resolved an issue with extra meta data in Afas Profit 2008.
  • Resolved an issue with special characters in zone OCR.
  • Resolved an issue while uninstalling the product on a server where multiple applications are using the HASP dongle drivers.
  • Resolved an issue where the link in the registration window was not working.
  • Resolved an issue where an "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error message appeared during multi-page scanning to the Worldox GX client folder.
  • Resolved an issue when profile categories were not arranged exactly they did not populate correctly in the Worldox GX module.
  • Resolved an issue with using the [QUSERNAME] field in the Open Text Livelink Store module.
  • Resolved an issue with selecting a full-page OCR zone in preview.
  • Resolved and improved some issues in the AccountView module.
  • Resolved an issue where an "Error: Attempted to read to write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt." error message appeared in the Image processing engine and the QServer process hanged due to this.
  • Resolved a client memory leak issue which occurred when switching between different windows.
  • Resolved an issue when double-sided scanning does not work properly (scans single-sided) on type F and I clients.
  • Resolved an issue where the device client crashed when the device timeout expired and the on-screen keyboard was still open.
  • Resolved an issue where a "Unhandled exception message" error message occured when adding a device.
  • Resolved an issue where creating a trigger without questions and disabling the popup screen after a scan, the client hung.

KNOWN OPEN ISSUES:

  • Issue with the upgrade process on a Windows Server 2008 x64 operating system. This is solved in this new version but still happening on previous builds.
